Wrinkling was a seen in the skin of the lower lids. Fat displacement technique used for the lower lids. Mild amount of fat and skin was removed from the upper lids. She is seen here 1 month afte surgery. All the swelling and bruising resolved after 2 weeks.

The lower eyelids also had excessive skin in addition to increase buldging of fat. Skin and fat was removed - he is seen here 6 months after surgery. His eyes are bigger; with a more youthful appearance.
